Kelly practices immigration law, corporate law, and international business law. As corporate counsel for Zenith Capital, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience focusing on contractual issues, business arrangements, and risk management.
She earned her J.D. from NYU in 2012, her LLM from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007, and her LLB from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2006. Kelly is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and Oregon.
